Far Infrared Sauna

This video was shot to promote the new site at work. I have have many visits to the Far Infrared Sauna. (the Therasauna) and every time I like it more and more. I have noticed benefits in my joints. I play guitar and sometimes my hands have a hard time opening up. After several visits I have noticed that they feel better. I also noticed that I dont have any problem with acne on my nose. This is a fine product. If you cannot buy one at least try one some where. Great stuff!!

Juicing

Juicing has become very popular for a number of reasons. Probably the biggest reason is that you can make fresh juice in your home. When juice is purchased at the store it needs to go through a pasteurizing process which can take out some of the valuable nutrients. Freshly juiced fruits and vegetables are an excellent source of nutrition. If you have ever considered a juicer. There are many on the market. The Omega 1000 displayed is the one that I have. Its very easy to use and clean and makes excellent juice. This particular model spins at a high speed and works very well for juicing. It takes less time to make the juice. But there you compromise the nutrition some. To ensure that you get more enzymes in your juice you would want to get one that is doesnt spin so fast. The masticating style juicer the Omega 8003 and 8005 produce more nutritious juice and offer a wider variety of juices that can be made. Nuts are made into nut butter and herbs are minced. And of course you can juice beets, carrots, apples and most other fruits and vegetables. The Omega 8003 and 8005 are excellent for wheatgrass. You can even make baby food with these juicers. Probably since I have recently become aware of this I will be making the change.

Portable Hyperbaric Chambers are easy to use

This is probably my favorite place to spend time. Many of my close friends tease me about it. Ha ha. I fortunately have the privilege to work with these chambers every day. Over the last year I have seen many clients receive benefits from the use of these chambers. Maybe this is of interest to you.

Beautiful D-PAN

I had the privilege of working on this video with Chromebumper. I will say that this was the most wonderful privilege. There were times during the shoot that I could barley speak. I realized that I completely relate to the feeling of being thought of as stupid and an outcast and really everything that is spoken about in this video. Personally I tend not to go for the "hits" when it comes to what I listen to in the car or at home. But Beautiful by Christina Aguilera gets me every time. I think I even have a crush on her. I just looked at the youtube rating you know the stars part on the comments. This had a 1 star. I am not sure what that means maybe the only star we have possibly. This vid gets me every time. Just had to post it. Technology is great. I remember watching TV in the 70's and just watching whatever was on the air. I value the variety that youtube offers.

Its hard not to post these videos. I am completely fascinated with what Mantis is doing. The audio in the background is from another youtube video I posted. I have had a conversation with him about holding a webinar and he is very willing to do that. I really dont know how to do a webinar yet. I will be looking into it. If you are able to do telekinesis and have any videos I would love to see them. I will be posting more on my new fascination. Well I can remember as a child laying in bed trying to move the airplane mobile. I should say re-newed fascination.
